Amber Gantt

I began my property management journey four years ago with CRC as a leasing specialist. Little did I know at the time, I was joining a company that truly cares about the growth and development of their team members. Before joining CRC, benefits were never something I took seriously. It wasn’t until I started working here, when I really was able to gain clarity of the importance of trainings, wellness, and support. The company has consistently shown compassion and have never stopped showing their appreciation for us.  I am surrounded by coworkers who contribute to my well-being and people that make this company everything beyond a standard 9-5 job. As an Assistant Community Manager, my days are dynamic and there are constant opportunities for me to learn-in-the-moment which is something I truly enjoy. My role requires me to assist in bringing all the pieces together, to manage a properties asset preservation, leasing, resident retention, expenses, and team-building. The relationship we have as a team, helps us build strong relationships with our residents and with each other. Even during a pandemic, we are able to connect weekly as a company and hear heart-felt stories about team members who we may have never even met otherwise. One of my favorite things about the company is that they also care about the community. When communities started shutting down due to COVID-19, CRC started the “Eat Local” program which allowed team members to support small businesses and local food shops that may have been negatively affected during the pandemic. Such a small gesture, had an impact on the lives of business owners in the community and reiterated the importance of our Relationships Matter culture here at CRC.
