CRC Promotes Courtney Bratley to Assistant Community Manager of Courthouse Square Apartments

CRC has announced the promotion of Courtney Bratley to Assistant Community Manager of Courthouse Square Apartments. Formerly a Portfolio Specialist, Ms. Bratley has worked for the company since 2017.

In her new position, Ms. Bratley will assist with the day-to-day leasing and property management functions for Courthouse Square Apartments which is located on 1112 Ivywood Lane in Towson. This includes providing support to the team of on-site leasing and property management professionals to maintain high leasing levels, as well as interacting with the service technician group to assure the proper maintenance of the community. She will also establish relationships with the residents, local community members, and third-party vendors, as well as initiate projects that benefit the community.

“Courtney’s experience functioning as a Portfolio Specialist with our Regional Team, which provided her the opportunity to support the leasing and property management operations at five CRC communities, prepared her extremely well for this expanded role,” stated Scott Hamlin, Director of Operations, Multifamily of CRC. “Her problem-solving abilities, strong communication skills, and calm demeanor are tremendous attributes that enable her to positively interact with the many different stakeholders and situations faced by an Assistant Community Manager. Courtney’s desire to excel is among the reasons she has earned this promotion.”
