When I started at CRC in 2012, I could tell that they were extremely focused on teamwork. This was important to me because I came from a company that did not foster a team atmosphere – it was more every man for himself. I could tell CRC truly cared about their employees because of their focus on training and team member growth. CRC showed me how to do my job properly with the highest standards in mind. Because of this, I was able to achieve the Gold for Maintenance Technician of the Year at the MMHA Star Awards in 2017. I’m excited to see where CRC takes me!
