Geographic Area: Mid-Atlantic and Southeast
Minimum of 175 units with a focus on garden and mid-rise communities in suburban and urban locations. Target properties with opportunities to add value through unit upgrades, amenity improvements, lease up and professional management strategies.
Retail Acquisition Criteria
Geographic Area: U.S. major markets
- Value-add approach to opportunities
- Reposition, expand, or re-purpose obsolete real estate
- Individual assets or portfolios, sale- leasebacks, covered land plays
- Ability to invest across capital stock: equity, debt, REO
Minimum Purchase Price: $15,000,000
