CRC Promotes Lauren Bonolis to Human Resources Generalist
CRC has announced the promotion of Lauren Bonolis to the position of Human Resources Generalist. Ms. Bonolis, who has worked for CRC since 2015, formerly functioned as Human Resources Coordinator.
In her new position, Ms. Bonolis will continue to support all employee recruitment and development activities for CRC, including administrative activities for Continental Realty University (CRU), the company’s in-house educational and training entity. She will also remain involved with new hire on-boarding, managing the employee benefits program and administering employee wellness activities and programming.
Ms. Bonolis earned a Bachelor of Sciences degree in Business Administration from Towson University. She is a Professional in Human Resources (PHR) and a Society for Human Resource Management Certified Professional (SHRM-CP).
