CRC Promotes Ashley Singley to Community Manager of The Village Apartments in Raleigh, North Carolina

CRC has announced the promotion of Ashley Singley to Community Manager of The Village Apartments in Raleigh, North Carolina. Ms. Singley, who has worked for the company since 2014, was formerly Community Manager at St. Mary’s Square Apartments.

In her new position, Ms. Singley will be responsible for the day-to-day oversight of all leasing and property management functions of the 300-unit multifamily community. This includes supervising and leading the on-site staff of leasing and property management professionals and service technicians. She will act as a liaison to the residents, local community members and third-party vendors with overall responsibility of maintaining high occupancy levels and operating the community at peak efficiency.

Ms. Singley has functioned in numerous positions with CRC including Leasing Specialist and Assistant Community Manager. She has more than 10 years of direct real estate and business experience and earned her Certified Apartment Manager (CAM) and National Apartment Leasing Professional (NALP) designations.
