Baltimore, MD (December 11, 2014) – Continental Realty Corporation (CRC), a full-service commercial real estate investment and management company, has been selected to “The Baltimore Sun Top Workplaces” list for the second consecutive year. The Baltimore-based company was also recently named for the second consecutive year to the “Top 50 Healthiest Employers” list as compiled annually by The Washington Business Journal.

“The Baltimore Sun Top Workplaces” listings are determined entirely by employee feedback conducted by Workplace Dynamics, LLC, a research company involved with organizational health and employee engagement. The workforce is asked to provide input and evaluation on a variety of issues including corporate values and ethics, internal communication and education and the perceived direction of the firm. In addition, employees are queried whether they feel “genuinely appreciated at the company” and if their “job makes them feel like they are part of something meaningful.”

“Our management team places an extremely high value on this Top Workplaces inclusion because we were selected entirely based on confidential feedback from our employees,” stated Crystal Frey, Vice President, Human Resources. “Winning this award for a second time is especially meaningful because it demonstrates our employee’s appreciation of our strong workplace culture, and shows our desire to consistently maintain this high level of performance. The Top Healthiest Employer list and the Top Workplaces list goes hand-in-hand. We see a direct correlation between good health and the ability to perform at a high level, and the achievement of the proper work-life balance.”
